What this site is
InvoiceGenerator.ie builds a clean, professional invoice with the fields Irish businesses need (VAT number, VAT rate per line, EUR by default) and downloads it as PDF or DOCX. Free, no sign-up, nothing stored. Guides cover what belongs on an invoice, VAT on invoices and proforma invoices.
It exists for sole traders and small businesses who need a correct invoice today, not accounting software with a monthly fee.

Invoice requirements follow Revenue guidance on what a valid VAT invoice must contain.
How it stays accurate
The VAT fields track the same rate tables as our VAT calculator, which are checked automatically against revenue.ie every week.

InvoiceGenerator.ie is a personal project, built and maintained by an independent web developer. It is free to use and not affiliated with any government body or official organisation. The tools here are provided for convenience; for decisions that matter, always confirm with the official source.
